Just click on Find Now or (if you are already an instructor) simply log in to your ZIN account. If you don't find any Instructor Training Workshops scheduled in your area, please keep checking as we update our website constantly.

Yes! Not only is there a demand, but you can easily create a demand. Many Zumba Instructors created a demand in their area simply because there were not many Zumba Instructors available in their area. So when the buzz spread, these instructors were suddenly in high demand.
The first step in becoming a Zumba Instructor is to attend one of the Zumba Basic or Zumba Gold Instructor Training Workshops. To view the dates and locations of upcoming Zumba Instructor Training Workshops, visit our Instructor Training page. There are no prerequisites to become a Zumba Instructor, although a fitness or dance background is always a plus. Anyone 18 years or older may attend a Zumba Instructor Training Workshop. Certain allowances are made for younger participants.
Once you have taken a Zumba Basic or Zumba Gold Instructor Training Workshop, you are allowed to teach Zumba classes, use the "Zumba" name in your class title, and advertise yourself as a Zumba Instructor. Any other use of the Zumba® name or logo must be approved by the Zumba Fitness corporate office. Zumba Fitness is a registered trademark of Zumba Fitness, LLC, which holds copyright ownership on all Zumba® related material and use of name and logo. Anyone who teaches Zumba classes without having a current Certificate of Completion is in violation of trademark and copyright laws.
Are there any prerequisites?
There are no prerequisites for taking the Zumba Basic or Zumba Gold workshop. However, it helps if you've already taken a Zumba class before or if you have previous experience in teaching group exercise classes. Not to worry, many of our well-known and successful Zumba Instructors were former students who did not have any teaching experience. We always have a percentage of workshop participants who have never taken a Zumba class. While it may take them longer to practice and get started, many of them have been equally as successful.
Unfortunately once an instructor training is SOLD OUT we do not take any further bookings. Even if participants were to cancel or transfer out of the training, it would still remain sold out. We therefore
do not hold waiting lists or accept walk ins to sold out trainings.
